Dear Crafting Community,

With August in full swing September will be here before we know it. Thoughts of yarn and cozy stitching come to mind. We have added many classes for the next few months. Mittens, thrumming, doodles, Swedish weaving, even a sew your own project bag class. Is there a skill you've been itching to learn? Let us know, it just may be added to the class schedule.

The Toil & Trouble Trunk Show runs through August 16th. Be sure to stop in and snag a skein of Yak Skellington or Cadence DK while they're here. We have simply fallen in love with the Yak Skellington base we will be adding it to the regular line up in the future.

We are also hosting Our Bi-monthly movie night again! Starting at 3 PM Saturday August 23rd we will be showing Princess Bride. Another cult classic a bedridden boy's grandfather reads him the story of a farmboy-turned-pirate who encounters numerous obstacles, enemies and allies in his quest to be reunited with his true love. Stop by and reserve your seat by purchasing the coordinating Stitch Marker.

The Knotty Knittress will be joining in the return of Fifth Friday We will be giving away a yarn basket to one lucky winner. Just Stop in during the event to enter. Get extra entry for any purchase made during event hours, Friday, August 29th from 4:30 to 7:30 PM in downtown Roseburg! The event highlights and supports local businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs, creating a vibrant community atmosphere while encouraging economic development. Presented by UMPQUA BANK and (re)DISCOVER DOWNTOWN. The streets will not be closed. Parking enforcement ends at 5 PM.
