The Knotty Knittress is 1 Year old! How has it been a year already? I definitely wouldn't be here with out all of you! All of your encouragement and support means more than I can competently put into words. This year has been full of love and support. Growth and flexibility. Determination and lots of hard work. And I enjoyed every single moment of it! I look forward to what year 2 has to bring.

How are your makes coming along? Have you been able to find time for them amongst  the buzz of warmer spring days? Have you cast on a new project for warmer days? What is inspiring you these days? Please share either via email, a tag on social media, or send us a message! One of the Things I miss the most about being in a brick and mortar yarn store is all of the inspiration, the flow of ideas. Currently on my needles is The Stumble Dress by Lydia Morrow. It is proving to be a fun Spring knit for me. It is enabling me to use up lots of minis from my stash! Stop by any of my market days and I will show you.

Many Local markets will be opening in May. From Sutherlin down to Canyonville you will be able to shop locally grow veggies, honey, meats, and now Locally dyed wool yarns! If you happen to be from the surrounding area please come out and support the local markets. If you are not local you can still get yarn from us! Though I urge you to reach out and find local produce and such in your area. Supporting communities benefits everyone in the community!

Linked HERE are the dates and times you can find The Knotty Knittress around the area. Also for the locals a new Stitch Group will be starting in May on Wednesdays at Little Hawk Yarns on Main Street in Roseburg from 4pm to 6pm. Bring a wip and work on it with us!

New to the shop are 3D printed Yarn Bowls. They come in an assortment of colors and styles. 3d printing is a newer hobby of mine, born of the desire to make things I was looking for but hadn't found elsewhere. I am working on making fun Sock Blockers too. Follow along with my social media to stay up to date on anything new.

Best
