Shipping policy

Orders containing only in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Please understand that a fluctuation in volume of orders may result in a longer lead time. Please check individual product descriptions for any pre-order items which have extended shipping time frames.

 You will receive an email confirming the order has shipped along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our shop. Please select a shipping address that is safe and secure. If there has been a mistake with your address or shipping method, please notify us via email immediately. The sooner we know there is an issue, the more likely we will be able to resolve it. 

Please note that we cannot combine orders. Place one order for all of your items at once to receive the more cost effective shipping rate. If you have pre-order items along with in-stock items they will ship together once your pre-order items are available. If you have both pre-order and in-stock items and you prefer to receive the in-stock items before the pre-order items are ready, please place your orders separately.
