Hemlock Falls
Hemlock Falls is named after one of the dyers most visited waterfalls. Two plies are twisted tightly together to produce a very soft and springy yarn. This makes the yarn slightly bumpy which helps the strands of yarn hold together against each other making it great for colorwork and lace work.
The extrafine merino wool makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort. A little nylon is added for extra durabilty.
This yarn is so versatile and can be used for any next to skin project (scarves, sweaters etc) as well as items where a little more durability is required such as socks and gloves.
