Shipping will be calculated upon check out.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us prior to sending the shipment. We do need to see a copy of your receipt or reference to your order number to accept a return. We will issue a digital gift certificate once we have received the returned items and confirmed it is undamaged/unused. Yarn must be in original packaging and hanks must not be wound. There are no returns on custom orders or sale items, those are final sale. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the return postage on all items.

I bought a mystery skein for myself when I was in The Knotty Knittress. I And putting it under my Christmas tree and I'll wrap it of course, even though it's in a nice package so I will have a unique gift to open at Christmas. I can actually see myself talking to other Knitters and maybe giving them a mystery skein package for them to open and maybe trade. Of course we'll have to do it all together and it should be just just a lot of fun. I love The Knotty Knittress store. It is a darling store with lots of choices and colors of yarn!
